At SeaMiYa Yacht Charters, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date qualify for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 15-30 days before the charter date qualify for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the charter date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Rescheduled charters must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled charter without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that result in shortened charter time.
